The Alaska GTX owes its popularity to its well-proven features over the decades: its high leather upper reliably protects the ankle, the waterproof GORE-TEX membrane keeps the foot dry in rain and muddy terrain, its one-piece construction with few seams increases durability, and its comfortable fit ensures a comfortable wear on longer hikes. The Alaska 30 Years GTX is an ideal choice for a variety of adventures, from one-day hikes to serious trekking and even multi-week outdoor expeditions.
The durable Perwanger® suede leather offers long-lasting life and a refined appearance, while the comfortable last and Vibram® outsole provide reliable grip on diverse terrains. The high, debris-protecting rim and the enhanced, particularly strong metal lace hooks further increase the boot's functionality and durability. The shaft's ventilation openings allow heated air to escape more easily, improving foot comfort.
